Worn and defect equipment allows less uptime and thus lower output. At the same time, costs for service, spare parts etc. are rising. When you arrive at this point it is time to consider investing in new equipment. New equipment has to be reliable, allow higher yield, be more flexible, incur less costs for service and spare parts and allow better hygiene.

A new generation of egg loaders
The latest new products include the new OptiLoader product range.
With this new loader design  the future standard is set by meeting all requirements effectively. 

The new product range of loaders is made more simple compared to the older generation of loaders. It does not look simple but there are considerably fewer wear-resistant parts in the new design and much more gentle handling of the eggs. The reason that the new loader is a revolution is because of the change of movements based on curves (which are liable to wear) to the state-of-the-art power engine technology. With this technology, the wear-resistant parts are no longer an issue to the same extent. In the event that the power engine is worn, there will be continuous compensation for the wear and tear that arise.

While the number of wear-resistant parts is reduced, the movements in the loader has also been optimised allowing very gentle handling of the eggs. As a result 1-3% more eggs will reach the breaker! 

Loader flexibility has also been improved significantly, and it has the capacity to handle all tray sizes on the market which is second-to-none compared to other loaders.

Hygiene has also been an important consideration, and it is the only loader on the market with automatic CIP with high-quality hygiene features and far less need for cleaning by the operator after daily operations.

In some cases all these features have reduced the need for operators by factor 2. A significant reduction of operational costs which - together with less costs for service and spare parts and less waste of egg – gives a payback time of 1-2 years.
