Lactosan takes over SANOVO Levnedsmidler (later renamed SANOVO ENGINEERING A/S) and is now the only owner of the company. The machine department of SANOVO Levnedsmidler is situated in Nørregade 56, Odense Denmark - the buildings of Lactosan.
