The egg breaking machine SANOVO 3001 is introduced to the market. The machine had the same capacity as the previous model, but it was equipped with a new feeding system, and better suited for the automatic control using a scanner to ensure the complete separation of yolk and egg white.

In 1992 the egg breaking machine SANOVO 6000 was marketed. As something new, it breaks eggs in a double carousel – thereby increasing the capacity to 65,000 eggs/hour manned by three operators.

SANOVO ENGINEERING USA Inc. moves into its own buildings in Salt Lake City , where the breaking machines are assembled.
