From 1971 the centrifugal shell separators were a part of SANOVO’s product range. The egg product enterprises were able to use the centrifuge to extract additional egg white from the shells, while the shells took up less space. It could also be used to separate the eggs from the shells, but in most parts of the world this is no longer permitted.
