SANOVO ENGINEERING extends the building at Thulevej, Denmark by a further 650 m2

Financial improvement through efficient use of raw materials. Centrifuges are used to increase the volume of egg white, but this can also be achieved by fitting the SANOVO Egg white recovery unit (SARU) onto an SANOVO Egg breaking and separating machine. The egg white from the recovery unit may be used for human consumption and not only as a technical product – as happens with the egg white from the centrifuge.
