SANOVO SP 20000 Egg cooler

The SANOVO vacuum conveying system for transport of egg shells is introduced at the beginning of 2004. The vacuum system is typically used for conveying egg shells from a number of egg breaking machines to a centrifuge, container or another location.

To accommodate an increasing market demand for large scale hard-boiled egg production, SANOVO ENGINEERING launched the SEPS 20000 system for automatic boiling, cooling and peeling of 20,000 eggs/h.

With the SANOVO ENGINEERING range of analysis instruments, the lab is able to analyse the egg quality when it comes to haugh unit, yolk colour, eggshell thickness and eggshell strength in few minutes. SANOVO ENGINEERING introduces four instruments for analysis of egg quality:

HAUGH & Colour – to identify the age of an egg and at same time the yolk colour

Shell Thickness Instrument – to measure the egg shell thickness

Egg Shell Strength – to measure the strength of the egg shell

Gel intensity – to measure the Gel intensity of the egg white powder
