Preventive maintenance

Service and maintenance of the processing equipment is never coming in handy. However, an unscheduled production stop or breakdown is even worse not mentioning decreasing yield or changing quality, is even less acceptable. In order to reduce the risk of unscheduled breakdowns and to maintain the performance of the machines at the optimal we can offer you a contract for preventive maintenance.

This is a service contract that includes one or several visits per year. The number of visits is determined according to the utilisation of the equipment. The SANOVO ENGINEERING technician will check all the processes that affect your yield and efficiency. Adjustment, lubrication and change of parts will be performed. Furthermore, the visit includes update of the operators’ and mechanics’ qualifications.
 
Some main components have a considerable effect on the machine yield capacity. To minimise your maintenance costs of these parts, SANOVO ENGINEERING provides recycling services for replacement of spare parts. SANOVO ENGINEERING provides a return service where the used parts to be repaired at the workshop will be renovated, and stocked for the next customer.

A report will be prepared and discussed prior to departure. The report will include a description of the machinery’s state of repair and what needs to be done to improve the yield. The report will also include a list of the spare parts that we recommend to be replaced.
