Boiled, cooled and peeled eggs in long lines are introduced. The Peel-Matic 800 from SANOVO ENGINEERING started production in 1990, with a capacity of 8,400 eggs/hour manned by two operators. A further development is the introduction of the SANOVO Fill-Matic, which automatically counts and/or weighs the eggs and packs them into buckets.
