Blood detection system

The system analysis each egg individual for blood residues. The location of the blood detector prevents dirt, fluctuating temperatures or surrounding light having any influence on the accuracy of this blooddetector, which results in a very stable application.

Leaker detection system

This system, based on high-resolution cameras, is capable after a special light treatment of detecting leaking eggs. This highly sophisticated technology prevents contamination during the grading process by leaking eggs. The leaking eggs are automatically removed by means of dropgates in which usable and non-usable eggs can be separated.

Dirt detection system and colour sorting

Automatic dirt detection is the optimum solution for increasing labourcosts and a perfect tool to establish constant dirt detection. Thanks to using high-tech colour camera’s, the dirtdetector is capable to distinguish and to sort different egg colours.
