Utilising the very latest technology, the SANOVO OptiLoader sets new standards for egg loading, handling eggs more safely than any other egg loader on the market, improving yield and reducing downtime.
The SANOVO OptiLoader, SL 150/1 and Sl 275/2 range comprises:
- SL 150/1 – 54,000 eggs/hour (150 cph) matching egg breaker SBS 6-25 and SB 6-25
- SL 275/2 – 81,000 eggs/hour (275 cph) matching egg breaker SBS 8-28
- 2 x SL 275/2 – 162,000 eggs/hour (450 cph) matching egg breaker SBS 16-28
The rotary design provides four important advantages:
- Process speed is reduced to 50%, which gives better egg handling
- Eggs are only picked up once
- Modular principle with several layout configurations
- Low space requirements
