New SANOVO Albumen Clarifier 480

The new SANOVO Albumen Clarifier 480 is a full automatic system for removing yolk spots from albumen. The SANOVO Albumen Clarifier 480 saves one operator compared to the alternative of having the spots removed manually. At the same time a high and homogeneous quality of the albumen is ensured as far as whipping quality, smell and taste is concerned. Finally the dry content of the albumen is held close to its natural level. Manual inspection of the albumen is still possible.
