New STAALKAT Hatchery Packer

The STAALKAT Hatchery Packer represents a new generation of egg packing machines. With its innovative and cleanable design the Hatchery Packer has the required specifications for the hatchery industry. High net performance combined with perfect point setting and gentle egg handling are keywords for the STAALKAT Hatchery Packer.

Depending on the type of setter tray the capacities go from 20.000 eggs per hour for a straight 10x15 model up to 24.000 / 28.000 eggs per hour for staggered models.

With a 30 pcs. egg tray (pulp or plastic) the Hatchery Packer has a capacity of 24.000 eggs per hour.
