OptiBreaker and OptiBreaker Compact

For egg breaking and separation of albumen from yolk SANOVO TECHNOLOGY A/S has developed two different groups of machines – the OptiBreaker and OptiBreaker Compact.
The OptiBreaker is designed for high performance factories who require the most advanced separation technology available while the OptiBreaker Compact is the right choice for small to medium volume factories who produce whole egg or only separate a smaller quantity of the product. The OptiBreaker and the OptiBreaker Compact share the same highly advanced in-feed technique and optimized breaking units which ensures a minimum quantity of whole egg, and maximum yield.
