HPR 10 Hatchery packer

The STAALKAT HPR hatchery packer not only takes care of maintaining high hatchability by its careful treatment of the hatching eggs but also of a considerable saving in labour. This robust built STAALKAT machine, with its ergonomic design, is made from rust-proof material and can be used in a flexible way. By its integrated hatcher tray denester the HPR can also be placed in a small room. The HPR fills both hatcher trays and 6x5 trays (17 lbs). The basic model of the HPR is suitable for 10x15 hatcher trays, a.o. Pas Reform and Petersime. Other models of the HPR are available on request. The HPR is very simple to operate by means of only a few switches.

Hatchery packer consists of: 

• 10-row packer which places the eggs with the air-cell up in the hatcher trays or paper trays. 
• Carton infeedlane which positions the hatcher trays or paper 6x5 trays (17 lbs.) underneath the packer. 
• Hatcher tray denester for the automatic placing of the hatcher trays on the carton infeedlane. Denester drops one by one a hatcher tray on signal from the packer, and has a buffer space for a maximum of 4 hatcher trays. 
• Denester for 6x5 trays (17 lbs.). This denester can be, if desired, very easily be placed or removed by means of a plug-plate, and will be delivered with one gripperset of choice. 
• Incline conveyor which transports the hatcher trays or paper trays to a favourable packingheight, and is equipped with pressure switch. In this configuration the incline conveyor offers space for a maximum of 3 hatcher trays. 
• Control box which is placed above the packer.
