PL 80

Functioning of the PL 80:

After an empty pallet has been placed on the platform, the PL 80 automatically places 1 or 2 cardboard cover plates on the pallet. In the meanwhile the stacks of trays, which have been automatically provided with a cover tray, arrive on the buffer plate via a transport belt. When the buffer plate is charged with 2 rows of each 4 stacks of eggs, the last row of 4 stacks of eggs is put on the buffer plate. After that the 12 stacks including the cardboard cover plate are put on the pallet in one move. This process is repeated up to 6 times at a maximum. Optionally the loaded pallets can be transported.
